6. Delivery Confirmation

- If you do not receive your package, contact us immediately with your tracking number
- We are not responsible for packages left in unsecured locations at your request or due to incorrect address information
7. Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows the package was not delivered or has been lost:
- Contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date
- Provide your order number and tracking number
- We will investigate the shipment and work with the carrier
- If the package is confirmed as lost or undeliverable, we will either reship at no cost or issue a full refund
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
- Contact us immediately with photographic evidence
- Do not discard the packaging
- We will initiate a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no cost
9. Address Information
- Ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout
- We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- If you need to change your address after purchase, contact us immediately
- We cannot guarantee address changes for orders already dispatched
- PO boxes are accepted for most regions, but we recommend using residential addresses for reliability
10. Restricted Shipping Areas
We do not currently ship to the following locations:
- Certain remote areas due to carrier limitations
- Areas under trade embargoes or sanctions
- Addresses that carriers cannot access
If your address is in a restricted area, we will notify you and offer alternative solutions such as rerouting to a nearby address.
