1. Return Eligibility
At Axis Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that:
- Items are unused and in original condition
- Items have all original tags attached
- Items come with original packaging (if applicable)
- Return request is initiated within 30 days of purchase
- Item is not damaged due to customer misuse
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items purchased during clearance sales (marked as final sale)
- Customized or personalized items
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Items with visible damage caused by the customer
- Items washed, worn, or altered by the customer
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Contact us at contact@axis-clothing.com with your order number and reason for return
- Provide photos of the item and any defects (if applicable)
- Await approval and return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
4. Return Shipping
- Defective or Damaged Items: We provide a prepaid return label
- Change of Mind/Incorrect Size: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
- We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection
- Return shipping typically takes 7-14 business days
5. Refund Processing
- Upon receipt of your return, items are inspected (typically within 7 business days)
- If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account (depending on your bank)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless item is defective
- Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (unless item is defective)
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value within 30 days of purchase, provided the original item meets return conditions. To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and desired size/color.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos showing the damage. We will:
- Arrange a free return shipment
- Process a full refund including original shipping costs
- Or send a replacement item at no cost
8. Missing Items
If you believe an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and contents
- Description of the missing item
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
9. Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us immediately. We will track your package and either arrange reshipment or issue a refund.
10. Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of an order, the item will be returned to us. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
